1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using accessauthority.in, any of our products (Qrastra, Chitrakit, Tapegali) or our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Access Authority. You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.

2. Who we are

Access Authority is a product-led technology company established in 2026, based in India. We build our own digital products and provide client services including web development, app development, custom software, graphics design, UI/UX design, video editing, digital marketing and SEO.

3. Use of the site

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
• Interfere with the normal operation of the website or products
• Copy, scrape or redistribute content without permission
• Use automated tools to overload our servers
• Impersonate Access Authority or its team members

4. Products & accounts

Some of our products (for example, paid plans in Qrastra) may require you to create an account. When you do:

• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Notify us immediately at info@accessauthority.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payments & refunds

Some products and services are paid. When you purchase:

• Prices are shown clearly at the time of purchase and are subject to applicable taxes.
• Payment is processed through third-party providers; we do not store your card details.
• Refund requests are handled case-by-case. For subscription plans, refunds are generally not provided for partial periods already used.
• For client projects, refund terms are agreed in the project contract before work begins.

6. Intellectual property

All content on our website — including text, design, code, graphics, logos and the design of our products — is owned by Access Authority or our licensors. It is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may use our website and products for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or sublicense our content or code without prior written permission.

7. User content

Some of our products allow you to create or upload content (for example, QR code destinations, images you process in Chitrakit, or messages you send us). You retain ownership of that content.

By using our products, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content only to provide the service you requested. We do not use your content for any other purpose without your permission.

You are responsible for ensuring the content you use does not violate any law or third-party rights.

8. Prohibited uses

Our services may not be used for activities that are unlawful, harmful or abusive. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Generating QR codes or content that misleads or defrauds people
• Hosting malware, phishing pages or scam links
• Infringing copyright, trademarks or other IP rights
• Distributing hateful, harassing or violent content
• Any use that violates applicable laws

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section, with or without notice.

9. Disclaimers

Our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• That the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure
• That defects will be corrected immediately
• Specific SEO rankings, search visibility or business outcomes
• That any particular result will be achieved from using our products or services

Where a client contract is in place, the specific deliverables and warranties are described in that contract.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Access Authority is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products or services.

Our total liability, in any case, is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question (or ₹1,000 if no amount was paid).

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of India, unless a separate written contract between you and Access Authority states otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website or products after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
